Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or cancellations at this time.
Damages & Issues
Please look over your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will take care of it immediately. You have 1 week from the of delivery date to report any issues.
*If you report any damages after this time we will not be able to replace it*
Your order has been "returned to sender"
It is the buyers responsibility to track the package with the provided tracking number. If there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will happily resend it but you will be required to pay any associated costs, including an admin fee of $10. If the item is returned to us damaged, you must place the order again to receive it.
Receiving Art Prints
Your print will arrive in a tube and you'll want to flatten the art before framing. You need to protect the art with a clean towel and place it under a heavy object. We recommend books.
Purchasing Affiliate Products
If you have purchased a product from an affiliate website and you have issues, you must contact them. We do not have control over their products and are not liable for any mistakes.
